Natural, not borrowed
Beauty, in your own way.
The goal is never a new face. It is your face — rested, balanced, and quietly more confident — designed around your own bone structure, skin and expression.
Every plan at Will Be starts with how you look when you smile, speak and rest, not with a template. That is why eyelids are designed in motion, lifts are planned in layers, and injectables are used sparingly.

The one-surgeon principle
One surgeon. One standard. From the first conversation to the last follow-up.
Why it matters →You will be you.
Will Be Plastic Surgery is a plastic surgery clinic in Seoul built on a simple promise: the result should belong to your face. Not to a trend, not to a template, and not to a photograph of someone else. Our name carries that promise. You will be you, with the proportions that are already yours brought into balance.
That starts with listening. Many people who come to us are not looking for a dramatic change. They want to look less tired, to correct something that has bothered them for years, or to repair the result of an earlier operation that never felt like theirs. Each of those goals asks for restraint as much as skill.
Plastic surgery is a decision about your own body, and it deserves time, clear information and honest limits. This site is written to give you that, whether you are a few streets away in Gangnam or planning a trip from another country.
Why does one surgeon matter?
At Will Be, Dr. Kim Jun-young, representative surgeon, personally performs every consultation, every surgical design, every operation and every follow-up visit. There are no hand-offs to another doctor between the conversation and the operating table, and no surgeon you have never met.
This matters for a practical reason. The person who measures your eyelid, studies how your brow moves and listens to what you want is the same person who makes the incision and places each suture. Nothing is lost in translation. When you return for review, the surgeon examining you remembers what was done and why.

What procedures does Will Be focus on?
Dr. Kim concentrates on a defined set of procedures rather than trying to offer everything. A narrower focus means each technique is performed often and refined continuously.
Eyes and revision eyelid surgery
Eyelid surgery is the heart of the clinic, from the Ten-Minute Natural Adhesion double eyelid to ptosis correction and lower blepharoplasty with septum reinforcement. Revision double eyelid surgery is a particular strength: correcting creases that are too high, folds that have loosened, or scars that remain visible. Explore all eye surgery and revision surgery.
Face and forehead lifting
For descent of the brow, midface and jawline, options include the endoscopic forehead lift, facelift and thread lift. See face and forehead lifting.
Nose
Rhinoplasty at Will Be includes non-implant rhinoplasty using your own tissue, as well as implant-based options and dorsal hump correction. See nose surgery.
Fat grafting
PRP micro fat grafting restores lost volume with your own fat, in small parcels designed to establish a blood supply. See fat grafting.
Non-surgical treatments
Not every concern needs surgery. Non-surgical treatments such as botulinum toxin, dermal filler and skin-quality injectables are offered with the same design-first thinking.
Men have their own anatomy and their own idea of what looks right. See men's plastic surgery.
The Will Be method: Listen, Design, Operate, Follow through
- Listen. The consultation begins with what you want and why. Dr. Kim asks what bothers you, what you would like to keep, and what worries you. Many decisions are made here, including the decision not to operate.
- Design. Your anatomy is examined in detail: skin thickness, fat distribution, muscle strength, bone structure and how your face moves. The plan is drawn for your proportions, not copied from a standard.
- Operate. Dr. Kim performs the surgery himself, from first incision to final suture, with attention to gentle tissue handling that supports healing.
- Follow through. Follow-up is with the same surgeon. Swelling, healing and the final settling of the result are monitored by the person who knows exactly what was done.
You can prepare for that first conversation with our list of questions to ask at your consultation.
An academic, anatomy-first approach
Good results come from understanding structure. A double eyelid crease is not simply a line drawn on skin; it depends on how the levator aponeurosis, the tendon-like sheet that lifts the lid, connects to the skin. Under-eye bags are not just excess fat; they often reflect a weakened orbital septum, the thin membrane that holds fat in place. A sagging jawline usually involves the SMAS, the fibrous layer beneath the skin, not the skin alone.
At Will Be, Dr. Kim explains these structures in consultation so you can understand what is being proposed and why. The same approach runs through this site, including our eyelid anatomy guide and glossary. Dr. Kim also shares educational videos on his YouTube channel, @willbekim; see videos and media.
Understanding the anatomy also clarifies the limits. Surgery works with living tissue that heals in its own way. Individual results vary, and an honest plan says so.

Frequently asked questions
Still wondering about something? Ask Dr. Kim directly — every consultation at Will Be is with the surgeon himself.
Who performs the surgery at Will Be?
Dr. Kim Jun-young, representative surgeon, personally performs every operation at Will Be Plastic Surgery. He also carries out the consultation, the surgical design and the follow-up visits. Will Be is a one-surgeon clinic, so there is no hand-off to another doctor at any stage, and the person you meet in consultation is the person who operates.
Where is Will Be Plastic Surgery?
Will Be Plastic Surgery is on the 5th floor of the Mihye Building, 590 Gangnam-daero, Gangnam-gu, Seoul. It is in Sinsa-dong, close to Sinsa Station and the Garosu-gil area. You can contact the clinic on KakaoTalk to arrange a consultation by appointment.
What is Will Be known for?
The clinic focuses on eyelid surgery, and especially revision double eyelid surgery for results that feel too high, too shallow or scarred. Other areas of focus include the Ten-Minute Natural Adhesion double eyelid, lower-lid surgery with septum reinforcement, endoscopic forehead lift, facelift, thread lift, non-implant rhinoplasty and PRP micro fat grafting.
Can I start with an online consultation?
Yes. Many patients, particularly those living abroad, begin by sending clear photographs and a description of their concern. This allows an initial view of what may be possible before travel. A final surgical plan is always confirmed in person, because some details, such as skin quality and muscle strength, can only be assessed face to face.
How much does surgery cost?
Cost depends on the procedure, its complexity, whether it is a first operation or a revision, the anesthesia used and any combined procedures. Will Be gives a personal quote after assessment rather than publishing fixed prices, so that the figure reflects your actual plan. See the pricing page and cost guides for the factors involved.
Does Will Be treat men?
Yes. Men's eyelid and nose surgery are part of the clinic's focus. Male anatomy differs in brow position, skin thickness and the shape that reads as natural, so plans are designed to look understated and masculine rather than applying the same approach used for women.
