Fat Grafting Before and After Photos Korea

Fat grafting restores volume with your own fat, usually taken from the abdomen or thighs, purified and placed in fine droplets. Will Be’s PRP micro fat grafting mixes the fat with platelet-rich plasma from your own blood. These eight cases cover the face and the eye area.

What to look at in these photos

  • Hollows at the temples, cheeks and under the eyes, and how light falls across them.
  • Smooth transitions. Grafted areas should blend in without lumps or a heavy look.
  • Whether the face looks fuller in a way that suits your age and proportions.

When the result settles

Visible swelling usually lasts 1–2 weeks. Part of the graft is absorbed over the first 3 months, after which the remaining fat is generally stable; some people choose a smaller top-up at 3–6 months.

Lighting, angle and the time since surgery all change how a photo looks, so compare like with like.

Frequently asked questions

How much of the grafted fat survives?

No fixed percentage can be promised. Some fat is always absorbed in the first three months, and the amount varies between people and areas.

Will I need more than one session?

Some people are happy after one. Others benefit from a smaller second session three to six months later, once the first graft has settled.

Is fat grafting the same as filler?

No. Fat grafting uses your own tissue, and fat that survives can last a long time; fillers are manufactured gels injected without surgery and are temporary. Each has different recovery and risks.

The most useful picture is the one drawn for your own face.
