Lower Blepharoplasty Before and After Photos Korea
Lower-eyelid surgery smooths under-eye bags and the groove beneath them. Will Be prefers to keep your own fat, repositioning it into the hollow or holding it back by reinforcing the septum, rather than simply removing it. Three of these four cases were combined with upper-eyelid or brow surgery, so focus on the area under the eyes.

What to look at in these photos
- The bulge under the eye and the shadow or groove beneath it.
- Whether the transition from lid to cheek looks smoother rather than hollow.
- Dark circles caused by shadow can improve; pigment and visible vessels are not changed by surgery.
When the result settles
Bruising can spread toward the cheeks and fades over about 1–2 weeks. Visible swelling eases over 2–3 weeks and the contour keeps refining for around 3 months.
Lighting, angle and the time since surgery all change how a photo looks, so compare like with like.
Frequently asked questions
Is fat repositioning better than fat removal?
For many people it gives a smoother result, because the fat that formed the bag fills the hollow beneath it. Removing fat alone can leave the area hollow over time. The right choice depends on your anatomy, and some plans combine approaches.
Will lower eyelid surgery remove dark circles?
It reduces dark circles caused by the shadow of a bag or groove. It does not change pigmentation or visible blood vessels in the skin.
I have had tear trough filler. Can I still have surgery?
Often, yes, but tell Dr. Kim at consultation. Sometimes dissolving the filler first is advised.
