Sub-Brow Lift Before and After Photos Korea

A sub-brow lift removes a crescent of skin just below the eyebrow to ease heaviness in the upper eyelid, especially toward the outer corner, while leaving the natural crease untouched. These 14 cases show it alone and combined with other eyelid surgery.

What to look at in these photos

  • The outer third of the upper lid, where hooding is usually heaviest.
  • Whether your own crease shows more clearly once the overhanging skin is lifted.
  • The scar along the lower edge of the brow, which is usually hard to see with fuller brows once healed.

When the result settles

Stitches usually come out at around 5–7 days and visible swelling eases within 1–2 weeks. The scar is pink for the first few weeks and softens over 2–6 months.

Lighting, angle and the time since surgery all change how a photo looks, so compare like with like.

Frequently asked questions

Will a sub-brow lift change my double eyelid?

No. The incision is at the brow, not the crease, so the thin eyelid skin and your natural crease are left alone. The fold often shows more once the overhang is removed.

Does a sub-brow lift raise the eyebrows?

Not significantly. It lifts the eyelid skin below the brow. If the brows themselves have dropped, a forehead lift is usually more suitable.

Will the scar be visible?

The incision follows the lower edge of the brow and is angled so hairs can grow through it. With reasonably dense brows it is usually hard to notice after several months; sparse brows make it more visible.
